Mr. Mohamed Musaiqer serves as Chief Executive Officer and a Board Member of Tanmeya Capital, bringing over 17 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, and capital placement across the Middle East, with a particular focus on the GCC. His career spans senior executive roles and transactions across logistics, pharmaceuticals, technology, manufacturing, and energy, combining strategic leadership with financial and operational expertise.
Mr. Musaiqer’s experience includes serving as Managing Director of Tamkeen Middle East, a holding and advisory company providing financial and managerial advisory services and innovative fintech solutions across the GCC, particularly Saudi Arabia. In this role, he oversaw the development of the company’s operating policies and procedures across finance, human resources, operations, risk, and compensation.
Previously, Mr. Musaiqer served as Senior Vice President of Investment Banking and Private Equity at NOMW Capital, a Saudi investment company regulated by the Capital Market Authority. He led and expanded the investment banking and private equity team, overseeing transactions involving acquisitions, financial advisory, and debt arrangements. His transaction experience includes structuring the acquisition of a 50% stake in a Saudi logistics company, advising on the sale of a 51% stake in a pharmaceutical distribution company in a SAR 600 million transaction, and arranging debt placements exceeding SAR 250 million.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Musaiqer was Head of Advisory at ITQAN Financial Services, an investment company regulated by the Central Bank of Bahrain. He helped raise SAR 20 million, with commitments of up to SAR 200 million, to establish Taqqat Energy in Saudi Arabia. His work also encompassed sale-and-leaseback transactions, project financing, and an agreement with Bursa Malaysia to facilitate commodity Murabaha arrangements across the GCC.
A major shareholder in Tanmeya Capital, Mr. Musaiqer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Bahrain and has completed additional qualifications in corporate finance and investment management.
